This large Indian solid teak sideboard combines a clean natural wood structure with four authentic antique doors sourced from Rajasthan.
Preserved with their signs of age, original hardware and layers of old paint, the doors feature a unique patina combining shades of white, red, blue, grey and natural wood. Their relief details, decorative elements and metal ring handles reflect their history and give the piece its distinctive character.
The contrast with the natural teak structure highlights the antique elements while creating a balanced piece that can easily be incorporated into a contemporary interior.
Inside, the sideboard is divided into two generous storage compartments, each fitted with a shelf. Measuring 216 x 55 x 95 cm, it is particularly well suited to a dining room or spacious living area for storing tableware, household linen, books or everyday items.
