This carved old teak console table stands out for the richness of its front detailing and the soft, light tone of its naturally bleached teak.
Measuring 135 cm wide and just 41 cm deep, it offers a generous top while remaining easy to place in a hallway, living room or transitional space.
Its wide front apron is entirely worked with carved botanical motifs, foliage and scrolling details. At the centre, the composition becomes more structured and geometric, adding rhythm and visual depth. Below, the large arched and scalloped cut-outs lighten the silhouette and give the piece a distinctive architectural character.
The structure rests on four straight teak legs, with the front uprights becoming part of the decorative carved design.
The wood has a natural bleached finish: this is not a painted or opaque white patina. The bleaching process simply lightens the teak while keeping the grain, tonal variations, marks and natural texture visible.
